Ninjunu’s founders hail from Los Angeles' front lines of technical support and training. We have spent many years supporting individuals and companies with technical needs, from setup to ongoing support and training. We’ve done large scale implementations at global corporations and we’ve set up (and still support!) the inkjet printer at our grandma’s home office.

We have experienced the pleasure of good support and the pain of bad service, from both the perspective of the provider and the customer. We have been both exhilarated and frustrated by the conveniences that new technology may bring. We’ve celebrated our accomplishments and learned from our mistakes.

With our experience, we are bringing to the market a new way technical support is provided… on a personal and trusted level. Ninjnunu connects individuals and small businesses with tech support ninjas who set up, troubleshoot, and repair computers and mobile devices. We also connect clients with ninjas who can provide training in all manner of software applications. Our platform allows our fully vetted and background-checked ninjas to showcase their skills and advertise their competitive pricing. The ninja and the client directly schedule the date, time, and location for the technical missions.

Current models of technical support offer a percentage of the population the technical help they need. But a lot of us desire a more personal, efficient, supportive, and cost effective solution.
